Where to put proxy.config file in Big Linux?

I am getting internet through proxy server. Hence, I use to put “proxy.conf” in etc/apt/proxy.conf in debian based Linux Operating System like ubuntu, kubuntu etc for system updates.
But, here in Big Linux it is based on Manjaro, hence, kindly guide me where to put “Proxy.conf” in Big Linux so that i will get internet access for system updates.
